This was a pathway open for temporary residents to convert their status to Permanent Residents which was intended to accommodate temporary residents and their dependent families who were currently working in Canada. To be eligible for this program you should have either work experience in Canada in an essential occupation or fields related to health or health services, or have recently graduated from a post secondary institution in Canada.
In this pathway there are 6 streams: 3 accepted English and French speakers and 3 which was only meant for French speakers. Reaching the maximum number of applications, the stream will be removed from the portal. Before applying for the stream you should make sure that you meet all eligibility criteria. Each stream had different eligibility requirements.

To be eligible:
You must be in Canada, have a valid status, plan to live outside Quebec, meet or exceed the language requirements (CLB or NCLC Level 4), be currently employed (with job under NOC, cannot be self-employed, not a volunteer, with an authorization), have eligible work experience (minimum of 1 year), and not be a refugee in Canada.
