The Yukon Nominee Program allows candidates from inside and outside Canada to accept applications for nomination. To get qualified for this program is by having a job offer as full-time and year round from an eligible Yukon employer and meet the specific criteria as per the application stream.
Yukon Business Nominee Program meets the eligibility requirements of Yukon Business Nominee Program and at least score 65 points on the assessment point grid thereby entering the pool of potential candidates for 6 months provided having a business concept which should be pre-approved. This however hasn't got any guarantee. There is a minimum language requirement as per Canadian Language Benchmarks of Level 4 in the submission of the application. There may be an exploratory trip and in-person interview in the Yukon. In this program, to support the permanent residency application to IRCC at the end of a 2 year work permit, the Yukon government will support the candidate provided they meet the necessary requirements.
