Qualified skilled workers having strong potential and interest to be economically established in Manitoba and create positive long-term contributions. Province of Manitoba also provides these options to Business Investors in a stream that includes Entrepreneur Pathway or Farm Investor Pathway.
Skilled Worker Stream: Under this stream, the candidates have to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) and complete a self assessment with a tool provided, check all program criteria, NOC requirements and supporting documents. EOI will be ranked against others in the pool after submission and on a regular basis MPNP will conduct draws and invite who are highest scored.
Entrepreneur Pathway: This pathway enables Manitoba immigration to select a person who is interested and eligible to apply in MPNP-Entrepreneur Pathway. There are 4 streams that come under this program which are Business Investor Stream (BIS), International Education Stream (IES), Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream (SWM), Skilled Worker Overseas Stream (SWO).
