Nova Scotia, located on the east coast of Canada and surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, has its capital as Halifax, which is also the largest city in the province. The province has a diverse geography, with a mix of coastal areas with rolling sea, majestic lakes, lush green forests, and farmland. The major cities are Halifax, Sydney, Wolfville and Peggy’s Cove. Claiming to offer a quality of life in the perspective of work, family, relaxation and responsibility, that is disappearing from much of the North Americas.
Nova Scotia’s economy is multi-faceted and its economy is mainly driven by the industries fishing, forestry, mining and natural gas extraction. At the same time tourism, and other service industries such as information technology, natural defense, and seafood, played a vital role.The province has numerous art galleries and playhouses. With all the above positives combined with emerging cities and low cost of living entitles the province to be the most enjoyable and peaceful place to live in Canada.
